These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Focus Sheep (the “App”), provided by QINQIANG WU (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is licensed, not sold. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”):

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA will control to the extent of that conflict.
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are a minor under the laws that apply to you, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Focus Sheep provides focus timers, tags, notes, session history, statistics, ambient sounds, optional app-blocking controls, Live Activities, and optional calendar and iCloud synchronization.
The App is a productivity tool and is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
You may use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the Standard EULA. You agree not to:
Some features rely on Apple system services, including Screen Time, Calendar, iCloud, and Live Activities. These features are optional unless clearly stated otherwise.
