Reloop is an AI-powered audio transcription and looping application designed to process audio files locally on your device. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Saving and organizing transcribed content

All processing occurs locally on your device, and we do not store or process your audio files on our servers.

3. User Accounts

Reloop may offer both free and premium subscription options. Some features may only be available to premium subscribers. Details regarding subscription options, pricing, and available features will be clearly displayed within the Application.

If you choose to purchase a premium subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Reloop, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Application to infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Application
• Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of the Application
